WHAT IS BLEEDBEAT?
So you are wondering what in the world is Bleedbeat? The idea began about 5 years ago when my husband and I owned a print shop in Long Beach, Ca. In printing, whenever you print information that goes all the way to the edge of the paper you have what is called a “bleed.” I adapted this concept of a printed bleed (running off the printed page) to a beat bleed. In trance music this is the in between beat….from one song to another….the “bleedbeat.”

WHO AM I?
I have been producing electronic music since high school when I bought my first keyboard…a Roland D-20. Yes, that was a long time ago. I loved that keyboard but I finally (only recently) upgraded to a Radium controller. I produce everything on a computer using Cakewalk Sonar and various plugins. I don't have much hardware except for the controller, a Gina 3G soundcard, a small mixer, and headphones. Not a lot of stuff but I can accomplish what I want to so I'm pretty content. However, I could always use more computer power!!

WHY THIS PROJECT?
I believe in the message. The stories told by Gordon Venturella are truly one of a kind. You won't hear anything like it anywhere. His talent for getting under your skin is what I like most about him. He is and probably always will be ahead of his time. I have been inspired and hope you will be too.
